pols topup
Top up your org's prepaid credit, or list its top-ups
Without an amount, list your org’s latest top-ups.
With an amount of credit in euros at list prices, excl. VAT (5 to 1000,
like 25 or 12.50), start a top-up, print what it charges (the amount plus
17% Luxembourg VAT, or the amount alone for an org that buys without VAT:
an EU business whose VAT ID VIES confirmed, or a business outside the EU)
and the link to pay it on Mollie’s checkout. Open the link and pay; once Mollie
confirms the payment, your org gets prepaid credit of the amount, which
never expires (see pols balance), and an invoice (see pols invoices). The
command waits for the payment for --wait and fails unless it is paid.
Owners and admins only, once the org’s billing details are saved on
https://my.pols.so/billing.
A consumer (or a business whose VAT ID VIES has not confirmed) may withdraw
from a top-up within 14 days (https://pols.so/withdrawal/; terms of
service: https://pols.so/terms/), and orders only with --withdrawal-consent,
which states: “I expressly request that pols.so start providing the service now, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, so that I can use the credit straight away. I understand that if I withdraw, I pay for the credit I have used until then, and that I lose my right of withdrawal once all of this credit has been used.”
